RETURNS

In-Store Purchases: For in-store purchases/orders, a refund in cash is only provided if the item you bought is not in good condition or has some defect. In all other situations, a voucher corresponding to the purchase amount is issued, with no expiration date for use. It is still possible to exchange for another item and/or size, ensuring that the item is in the same condition as when it was purchased. The applicable period is 14 days after the purchase or receipt of the order.

Online Purchases: For online purchases, if you do not want the item, it is possible to exchange it for another model/size and receive a full refund (which will always be made through the chosen payment method). The applicable period is 14 days after the purchase or receipt of the order. To return an item, send an email to hello@annawalker.pt with the order number and the reason for the return. Additionally, make sure the package is properly sealed, and the shoes should be in the same condition as they were received. If the shoes are damaged, the exchange/return will not be accepted.
